How can we help?

Start with the guide that matches what you're doing. If you can't find it here, write to us and a person will answer.

Getting started

What you need from Meta, the values to paste into Custoz, and how to check messages are arriving.

Send events from your own systems and let automations message the customer.

What each plan includes, how AI replies are counted and how Meta's own charges work.

A short tour of each part of Custoz: what it does and when to use it.

Owners, roles and idle timers.

When the AI answers and when it hands over.

Get each chat to the right person.

Keep track of what you promised.

Template messages to the right list.

When something happens, do something.

Approved messages and in-chat forms.

The answers your team and AI share.

Stores, payments, accounts and more.

Write to support@custoz.in. Tell us your workspace name and what you were trying to do.

Other ways to reach the team, from sales questions to partnerships.

Book a short call and we'll walk through your own setup with you.
